Last Saturday 07/01/2017, I call and complaint to 123 regarding the mess with JPD renewal driving license where I renew and pay online. I cant collect my new driving license due to (As per the counter say) I pay online and it should be collect at JPD HQ Beribi. While i set in website to be collected at Tutong Branch. My Driving license expired on 08/01/2017. It make me upset and start complaint to 123.
Great service given by 123 team at that time, where all my rudeness (I guess) handle with patience and soft voice. They help me to settle this problem on the same day. Syabas 123 team esp. to their supervisor (Sahri). Sorry for pressuring your team. but all of you are doing the best. very appreciate it.
